Types of Donations Donate your grocery receipts from L&M or Zehrs. For every $450.00 in grocery receipts we receive $1.00 is donated to the Community Resource Centre. Donate your Canadian Tire Money. We collect Canadian Tire money and when you add yours to all the families that donate these dollars to us we are able to make purchases at Canadian Tire for program resources and supplies. Donate your HBC rewards! By simply going to the HBC website you can select a percentage of your HBC rewards points to be donated to the Community Resource Centre automatically everytime you use your rewards card. As a collective group the points can add up quickly and allow us to make purchases at Zellers for programs resources or supplies. Goods and Services Too! Start a Kids Futures Account. Kids Futures is a program that allows you to create an education savings account for your children's future. Kids Futures also supports charitable organizations by donating $5.00 per member to the charities registered with them. Additionally, 5% of your annual savings will be matched by Kids Futures and donated to the Community Resource Centre. Check out their website for more information. Recycle your used printer cartridges! Be environmentally friendly by recycling your used printer cartridges through the Community Resource Centre. We are a member organization of Ink a Dream and through the collection of cartridges we are able to collect points and funds from the Ink a Dream program when we return your cartridges to them! Back
