Locations Our outreach services are available at all our office locations and staff are available to travel to all communities within Centre Wellington, Wellington North, Mapleton and Minto to meet the needs of families we support. Government Forms Let Kids Play Our Services.   Provide telephone and addresses for all community services, government offices, schools, etc.   Referrals to other services in the community   Wellington and Guelph Housing Services forms on file to assist applicants with their completion    Assist with accessing and completing government forms   Support individuals in completing telephone calls where barriers to access are in place (i.e. language, lack of phone, automated answering systems)    Access to financial assistance programs    Free Income Tax assistance for those on fixed incomes    Assistance with finding and maintaining safe and affordable housing    Assist with finding basic household necessities   Support and information for both landlords and tenants    Co-ordinate access for transportation to necessary appointments    Provide advocacy and support to help people acquire and maintain basic necessities
